As an only child of a single mother in the 70s, I learned early on how to help myself and fight for my goals. These experiences, along with the fact that I was able to "get back up" after a severe accident several years ago, have shaped me into a resilient person, coach, change manager, and trainer. The life experience I share, also as a mother, allows me to meet and support my clients at eye level in any situation.

My belief as a coach: Every person has the means to free themselves from challenging situations. My role is to provide tools and ideas as a coach and trainer that my clients can use for their personal journey. I lead teams with insightful questions, clear goals, and a strong transfer of skills.

My professional background spans a degree in agricultural sciences, project work in global development cooperation, extensive experience as a change manager for IT transformations, and comprehensive training in systemic coaching, NIG® Practitioner, Scrum Master, Klitschko Face Coach, and psychotherapy.

Clients value my diverse and innovative problem-solving approach, efficient and adaptable work style, grounded interaction across all hierarchies and target groups, as well as my years of experience in various industries and countries. My comprehensive IT knowledge and ability to explain complex issues in simple terms further complement my profile.
