To promote resilience in everyday life, we look at the 7 pillars of resilience together and develop an individual concept to apply your strengths and resources, develop a positive attitude and a realistic perspective on problems. We try to recognize negative thought patterns and replace them with positive thoughts in order to become more optimistic and resilient. The ability to accept change and adapt to new situations is also an important aspect of resilience in everyday life. By using these strategies regularly, you can strengthen your ability to be resilient and deal better with stress even in difficult times.
