I have been playing handball for over 20 years with my local club, which is where my passion for team development stems from. I truly enjoy working with teams and achieving progress together.

As a coach, I can help overcome conflicts and guide the team to emerge stronger from a situation. The changes that occur can bring the team closer together and allow them to look forward to the future with strength. Every team I encounter has its own story, energy, and dynamics, which is why I believe it is important to get to know the unique personalities within a team and contribute to helping each individual reach their full potential.

We live in constant change, and although this can sometimes bring challenges, I believe there is always a new and interesting solution for each individual. Solution- and future-oriented thinking is very important to me when working with individuals and teams. I am convinced that everyone has the opportunity to shape their life according to their wishes and develop along the way.

As a coach, it is important to me that my clients feel well-supported and comfortable, so they can openly discuss their topics in a trusting environment, allowing us to find a tailored solution together.

Questioning topics is part of my daily work. As a systemic coach and business consultant in the areas of change management and communication, I am always focused on change and which systems or people are impacted by it.
